700 Hour Massage Therapy Program in Vienna Va
The AMBI massage therapy program consists of 20 hours per week of on-ground campus training and an additional 5 hours per week in online training. The program consists of seven, 100-hour courses for a total of 700 hours of training. The massage therapy program is taught in a linear fashion meaning every student progresses through the program in the same fashion to ensure that components are taught in a logical and orderly fashion.
The program includes anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, pathology, massage theory and technique, Basic CPR/First Aid training, a student-run clinic, and preparation for the MBLEx state licensing exam, offered by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB).
AMBI’s 700 hour massage therapy program is taught in two versions, each approximately 28-30 weeks in total length, depending on holiday schedule. New class starts are typically offered every six weeks.

Schedule: Day Program Massage Therapy
The Massage Therapy Day Program meets Monday through Thursday from 9:15am – 3:00pm.
Schedule: Night Program Massage Therapy
The Massage Therapy Night/Weekend Program meets Tuesday through Thursday from 6:00pm – 10:30pm, and Saturday from 9:00am – 6:00pm.
Additional Schedule Requirements:
Each student is also required to complete 5 additional hours of online training each week of the program.
